All services, guidance, monitoring, and support provided by LineGuard are offered on a voluntary and advisory basis only. LineGuard does not provide legal advice, law enforcement services, or guaranteed security outcomes. While reasonable efforts are made to support and assist communities, the responsibility for server management, moderation decisions, and platform compliance remains solely with the server or community ownership and its appointed staff.
LineGuard CyberSecurity Network operates without profit and relies on volunteer contributions. As such, no refunds, reimbursements, or financial compensation are offered for any services, donations, contributions, or associated offerings under any circumstances. By engaging with LineGuard services, users and communities acknowledge and accept these terms in full.

1. About LineGuard
LineGuard CyberSecurity Network is a volunteer-driven cybersecurity and safeguarding network designed to assist online communities, Discord servers, roleplay environments, and digital platforms with security monitoring, incident response, moderation support, and risk mitigation.
LineGuard does not present itself as a law enforcement agency, government body, or certified commercial security provider. All services are offered as-is, on a best-effort basis, and are intended to support, not replace, a community’s own moderation or administrative teams.
2. Eligibility & Acceptance
By using LineGuard services, you confirm that:
You have the authority to deploy LineGuard within the community or platform
You understand LineGuard operates as a support and monitoring system
You accept responsibility for how LineGuard is configured and used
You comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction to consent to digital services, you must obtain permission from a legal guardian or responsible authority.
3. Scope of Services
LineGuard may provide, but is not limited to, the following capabilities:
Security monitoring and alerting
Incident detection and response workflows
Moderation assistance tools
Risk and trust assessment systems
Evidence collection and case documentation
Verification and access-control systems
Automated safeguards against raids, spam, or abuse
Backup and recovery assistance
LineGuard does not guarantee prevention of all attacks, abuse, or misuse. Cybersecurity is inherently probabilistic, and no system is infallible.
4. User Responsibilities
Users, server owners, and administrators agree to:
Configure LineGuard responsibly and ethically
Not use LineGuard to harass, target, stalk, or abuse individuals
Not misuse data collected by LineGuard
Maintain their own moderation oversight
Ensure their use of LineGuard complies with platform rules (e.g. Discord ToS)
LineGuard reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any community or user that abuses or misrepresents the network.

User IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, server IDs
Message metadata (timestamps, authors, message links)
Message content only when flagged as security-relevant

LineGuard does not intentionally collect:

Passwords, tokens, or private credentials
Financial or payment data

8. Safeguarding & Sensitive Content
LineGuard may encounter sensitive or harmful content in the course of its security operations. Such content is handled strictly for moderation, reporting, or safeguarding purposes and is not retained beyond necessity.
LineGuard does not encourage the handling or sharing of unlawful material and will cooperate with lawful requests when required.
